1lbTomatoes -- peeled&chopped
2 Carrots , parboiled --
  Finely chopped
  Salt
2 Pickled jalapeno peppers, canned,minced,seeds and all
1tsOregano
2tbPickling liquid from chiles
2tbSalad oil
1tsGarlic -- mashed

Peel and chop the tomatoes and add to diced carrots. Season with salt. Add jalapenos, oregano, pickling liquid, oil, and mashed garlic. Let sauce stand for at least 1 hour so that the flavors will blend.
